Ross is born and bred in Tropical North Queensland and has over 40 years’ experience in the property industry. Initially involved in real estate sales establishing and running the largest agency in North Queensland.
Subsequently he expanded the business into property development and other related business interests. These development ranges from traditional land subdivision to master-planned lifestyle communities, hotels and resorts, golf and country clubs, multi-unit developments, childcare centres and Green Star commercial developments.
Many of these developments being awarded State and national development awards.
Paul has worked in the Project Development industry for the past ten years and has experience across a wide range of project types and industries.
Previously Paul worked in Corporate Finance with the ANZ Banking Group for 15 years, where he managed a portfolio of mid to large-sized Property clients.
Paul effectively coordinates all aspects of each project managed by Kelly Development Services.
